We have set up an affordable but professional training system to help you get the best out of your training.

You will work in a group environment but will have your own individual training plan that is specific to you your sport and time of season.

 

How does it work?

  • First we test and run a few assessments with you 
  • From results we design your plan that is specific to you
  • We monitor every session through our detailed program cards 
  • We keep changing plans so you get extra benefit from progression overload 
  • We re assess when we create each new plan
  • We look at your nutrition and sort your macros in relation to your training
  • You work in a group setting but do your own plan
  • We choose how many days to work with us either 2 or 3 
  • You may have sessions to do outside as well depending on your plan
  • You can decide which days suit best to come into us from our timetable below (these are flexible)

All we need from you is total commitment and adherence to your training plan.
