“I started training with Tom as I was frustrated with injuries. At 1st I was skeptical as I considered myself “a runner” and had no interest in lifting weights or being strong. However, within weeks I noticed a difference, I wasn’t as tired at the end of runs and loosing form like before.

I have since pb’d in every distance from 5k to marathon, knocking my marathon time from 3.32 (before Tom) to 3.04 (18 months later in DCM 2016). Obviously I have increased the running also however Tom’s plans have enabled this, I am stronger so I can train harder and recover faster.”
